THE 4th AVENUE FARMHOUSE

Proud Sponsor & Coordinator of MOAM Events
OUR STORY
The 4th Avenue Farmhouse is a privately-owned greenhouse and urban farmstead operating from spring through fall. We are located at the corner of 4th Avenue & Yankee Road in downtown Middletown, Ohio.
We are currently NOT open to the public, but you can routinely find us at the MOAM (Middletown Open Air Market). We also travel and do other events so be sure to follow our social media.
We sell farmhouse garden and home decor, seeds, fresh vegetables, starter plants, cottage foods, handmade aprons, seasonal decor, and one-of-a-kind found object (mostly glass) art pieces.
Our passion for nature and sustainable urban living drives us. For this reason, we operate with no harmful pesticides or soil additives (except in desperate situations) and only the best ingredients. We believe in breathing new life into old things, so you will note that a lot of our products are upcycled or resale pieces we've rescued and often repurposed. We embrace natural imperfections instead of hiding them, and we enjoy the uniqueness in every thing...and every one. It makes for a much more colorful garden.
We exude GrannyCore or CottageCore, as they say. From our nostalgic kitchen aprons to our down-home bakery delights, we like to bring up childhood in a really adult kind of way. We are modern farmhouse done right.
We want our customers to express their own uniqueness, their own sense of what home is to them, and especially, to bring back memories or connective goodness with each visit to our little farmhouse trailer or booth.
